Salty Swim LLC offers swimwear, body jewelry, and beachwear. We are a fashion company dedicated to providing high-quality beach fashion accessories.

ORDER CONDITIONS

Anyone can place an order on our official website. There are no specific conditions required to make a purchase. We recommend that customers be at least 18 years old to place an order.

ORDERING PROCESS
  • Order Steps: Select your products, add them to your cart, proceed to checkout, and complete payment.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed successfully.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
  • Final Price: The final product price, including taxes, is displayed on the product page. Any promotions are also shown on the product page.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are detailed on the dedicated shipping page and reiterated on the cart and checkout pages. The total amount charged will be exactly as displayed on the checkout page.

SHIPPING
  • Order Processing: Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in France.
  • Delivery Zones: We ship to the following 45 destinations: Germany, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Cyprus, South Korea, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, United States, Finland, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Ireland, Iceland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, New Zealand, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, United Kingdom, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Taiwan, Turkey (subject to change).
  • Shipping Methods: National Postal Service or Expedited Service with Chronopost.
  • Estimated Delivery Times: Within France and the EU: 4-5 days. Outside the EU: approximately 7 days. Delivery times may vary depending on the local postal service.
  • Shipping Fees: $6 for the EU, $10 for non-EU countries.
  • Delivery Delays: No refunds or compensations are offered for delayed deliveries that eventually arrive. If an order is not received within 45 days, it will be considered lost, and a full refund (order value + shipping fees) will be issued.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
  • Return Policy: Customers can request a refund within 14 days of receiving their order without providing a reason. To initiate a return, email us at client@salty-swim.com and return the package to: Salty Swim LLC, 3 bis chemin de Crevel, 01800 Meximieux, France. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Products must be unworn, with hygiene stickers and original tags intact.
  • Return Shipping: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Salty Swim LLC is not responsible for returns lost in transit. Upon receiving the return, a quality check will be conducted. If the product is unworn, a refund will be issued on the original payment method within 10 business days. Customers will be notified by email once the refund is processed. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
WARRANTY

We do not offer warranties on our products. In case of premature wear or defect, customers can email client@salty-swim.com for a possible goodwill gesture, subject to Salty Swim LLC’s discretion.

LIABILITY

Salty Swim LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, models, color combinations, packaging elements, names for the products, texts, visuals on the website, packaging, and communication materials are the property of Salty Swim LLC. Unauthorized use or
