RETURNS
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Protective hygiene strips must be intact, and all tags must be attached.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at client@salty-swim.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with the return shipping address: Salty Swim LLC, 3 bis chemin de Crevel, 01800 Meximieux, France.
- Download, print, and fill out the return form from the following link: Salty Swim Return Form.
- Include the completed return form in your return package.
- Ship the item back to us using a tracked shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Only the cost of the returned items will be refunded, not the original shipping fee.
- If the returned item is not in its original condition, has been worn, or is missing parts, only a partial refund may be granted or the return may be refused.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at client@salty-swim.com with details and a photo of the defect. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including the cost of return shipping.
LOST OR DELAYED RETURNS
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns. Salty Swim LLC is not responsible for returns that are lost in transit. Please keep your proof of postage until your return has been processed.
WARRANTY
We do not offer warranties on our products. However, if you experience any issues with our products, please contact us at client@salty-swim.com. We will evaluate the situation and may offer a goodwill gesture at our discretion.
