Returns and Refunds
Customers can request a refund within 14 days of receiving their order without providing a reason. To initiate a return, email us at client@salty-swim.com and return the package to: Salty Swim LLC, 3 bis chemin de Crevel, 01800 Meximieux, France. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Products must be unworn, with hygiene stickers and original tags intact.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Only the returned products will be refunded at their purchase value.
Once we receive your return, it will undergo a quality check. If the product is unworn, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. You will receive an email notification once the refund is processed.
